The Carothers Educational & Civic Fund

The Carothers Educational & Civic Fund was established to sustain the long-term community values of Carothers Crossing. Its primary purpose is to enhance and preserve the overall quality of life for Carothers residents.

Funding will support and sustain additions to the town's infrastructure such as civic buildings, community activities and proposed amenities.

With the ongoing support of the the Fund, Carothers' residents will experience a variety of social, educational and cultural enrichment activities as part of daily life.

Disclaimer:
The "Educational and Civic Fund" will provide funding for amenities and recreational programming at Carothers Crossing. The Fund will spend said funds on recreational and cultural programming, non-routine maintenance and capital improvements of Amenities and Recreational Facilities."

Public education is currently provided to residents of Carothers Crossing by the Davidson Count School District. There is a possibility that a school might eventually be located in Carothers Crossing. The Developer intends to donate land for an elementary school to the Davidson County School Board. If a school is built in Carothers, it will be based on the decision and subject to the rules and regulations of Davidson County School Board. The Developers will not have any ownership interest in any school built in Carothers, nor will they be in control of the operation of any school. No guarantee can be given to any resident of Carothers that their children will be permitted to attend any public school within Carothers. School Zoning at all grade levels is established by the Davidson County School Board and may change for all or portions of Carothers from year to year based on changing school and student populations, both within Carothers and surrounding areas. The developers, nor any of their employees, shall be liable for any actions or omissions of the Davidson County School Board.
