Lindsley Hunter is Director of Sales for Carothers Crossing and President of Carothers Properties, LLC. A native of Nashville, Lindsley watched first-hand as Music City grew and developed. Prior to her involvement with Carothers, she worked as a realtor specializing in new construction with Worth Properties, LLC, one of Middle Tennessee's leading real estate firms. In this role, she became a strong advocate for homebuyers, facilitating communication and working tirelessly to help builders understand and accomplish the homeowner's needs and dreams.

Sheri Hamilton is Director of Marketing for Carothers Crossing and an Affiliate Broker with Carothers Properties, LLC. Sheri's past marketing experience includes Chattanooga-based clients Jim Berry Company, Hudson Construction, Inc. & most notably TVA, for whom she facilitated consumer awareness programs. As a previous Director of Sales & Marketing for Cigna Healthcare, Inc., Sheri handled nationwide ancillary product sales training, as well as new product rollouts & product implementation. As an early member of the Carothers team, she has been integrally involved in sales & marketing planning and development.
